Ever wonder why it feels so much hotter on asphalt compared to grass? Are you curious to be part of innovative research to bring solutions to your own community? We’re looking for Heat Heroes to help us collect critical heat data to inform the Southwest Santa Rosa HEAT Action Plan.
Join us for a free 2-part citizen-science workshop where you will get hands-on experience measuring surface temperatures, envisioning your dream Southwest Santa Rosa, and getting training to participate in additional heat monitoring opportunities.
