YOUTH PROMOTORES:
Despite the Shelter in Place order our Youth Promotores are still (virtually) on the move! They have more recently developed a video with tips to help you take care of your body and mind during these uncertain times. Take a look!
They have also created this culturally responsive, Sonoma County-based, bilingual brochure on how to plan for an emergency. This brochure includes information on what to pack if leaving home is a necessity, where to go in an emergency, and how to plan an escape route from your home. Studies have shown us that preparedness increases resiliency and, therefore, lessens recovery time. The uniqueness of this brochure is that it also has breathing exercises and self-care activities to support mental health during times of crisis. LSP would like to invite members to obtain these brochures. If interested, please email info@latinoserviceproviders.org with the number of brochures you or your organization would like and the address you would like them sent to, and they will be mailed to you.
fer by adding words like “free” “personalized” “complimentary” or “customized.” A sense of urgency often helps readers take an action, so think about inserting phrases like “for a limited time only” or “only 7 remaining!”
Currently our staff is moving forward with interviewing for our 4th cohort! We would like to thank Kaiser for awarding a grant devoted to the Youth Promotor Project!
If you have any questions regarding the Youth Promoters feel free to email our Program Manager, Stephanie Manieri at smanieri@latinoserviceproviders.org or our Project Assistant Magalli Larque at mlarque@latinoserviceproviders.org

Self-Care:
Everyone at LSP encourages you all to dedicate at least 30 mins a day to practice self- care. Practicing self-care allows us to maintain a healthy relationship with ourselves and improves our mood!

YOUTH PROMOTORES:
